A New Director Of Training

In addition to praying and prophesying in the Ten Cities, the Spirt of the Lord directed me to stop in and encourage the Ekklesia Leaders whenever I had the opportunity.  In Texas my plane landed at the San Antonio airport and I had rented a car from there to drive to the Port of Corpus Christi.  After our prayer assignments in Corpus Christi were completed, on Sunday, December 8th, Ricky & Lauri Joseph invited me to spend a couple days with them at their home.  I needed to return the rental car to the airport very early the following Tuesday morning, so I was happy to accept their invitation. The Lord orchestrated this time together as an opportunity for Ricky and I to get better acquainted.  The Lord had been leading Ricky & Lauri for the past several months to help in the ministry of  training Ekklesia leaders and also our ministry to trafficked individuals.  Ricky had previously served in the US Army, and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 27 years.  He also has a second career as a professor of Occupational Therapy at the University of Texas, San Antonio.  He holds a PhD. Degree in Education with a specialization in higher education.  Here is a link to his biography:

At the same that time Ricky was employed full time at the University of Texas, he was also involved in several ministries.  He served as a Field Representative of the Full Gospel Businessmen's Association for the State of Texas and President of a local Chapter in San Antonio, and he also served as the Assistant Director of a Bible College that trained Pastors for Ordination in a Spirit-Filled Denomination in Texas.

Ricky's lovely wife Lauri also served our country in the US Army, and retired after 21 years as a Major. Her service duty was as an Occupational Therapist. Together, God has made a wonderful couple in the King's Service.  Their own unique spiritual gifts compliment and amplify one another.  Together the two of them are truly one in the Kingdom.

For the past two years Diana and I have been praying and asking the Lord to lead someone to OKM who could help to carry the burden of training and equipping leaders to expand the Kingdom of Heaven on earth.  Personally, I have no plans for retirement.  (My only plan for retirement is to never retire.)  However, OKM has grown to a place where we sensed the need to have someone with more education, training, and experience in the field of education to help take the training of leaders in OKM to the next level.  At the same time Diana and I have sensed the need to host Ekklesia Rallies all across the United States, and also the need for me to do more writing and producing training videos for the Internet.  After several months of prayer and seeking the Lord, I asked Ricky to pray about becoming the Director of Training for OKM.  Ricky and Lauri prayed about this open door for ministry. God's timing is always perfect!  He was planning his retirement from teaching at the University!  The Holy Spirit gave Ricky peace in his heart about OKM and along with Lauri's encouragement, Ricky said, "Yes, lets do it!"  We are happy to announce that as of January 1, 2025,  Ricky Joseph is the Director of Training for OKM. Diana and I are really excited about our future ministry together along side of Ricky & Lauri.  Together the four of us have devoted ourselves to Christ and to one another for training, equipping, and releasing leaders of Ekklesia - Kingdom Outposts!  A full schedule of classes is being prepared for the Fall Trimester of 2025.
