The Strongman of Detroit

 The third and final Prayer assignment given was to bind the Strongman of Detroit.   This is in obedience to the words of Christ: "No one can enter a strong man’s house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. And then he will plunder his house." Mark 3:27 NKJV  But to be completely honest with you when we went to Detroit, we had no idea who or what was the Strongman of Detroit.  Even after praying over The Port and over The City itself at The High Place, we still were clueless about how to pray and Bind the Strongman of Detroit.  

After we rode the glass elevator down to the ground floor to the main lobby area, we noticed a very large carousel of cars circling around the center of the RenCen.  This caught our attention and we began to watch the rotating parade of General Motors automobile from the early 1900s to the present day.  As I watched the cars go by, the anointing of the Holy Spirit began to rise up within my spirit, urging me to pray.  At first I had no idea of what I was going to pray about, but I knew I had to pray.  So, I took a seat at a resting area facing the carousel and began to pray.  Here is the video of that prayer:

A few days after we returned from Detroit I was running into opposition from the enemy.  I began to doubt the efficacy of our efforts in Detroit.  I thought perhaps it was all for nothing.  I asked the Lord about it, and He replied, "We have the Strongman of Detroit, and he is being dealt with."  The Holy Spirit went on to explain how the Strongman of GREED was working through the Auto Industry upper level administration and board members, while the majority of the residents of Detroit live in squalor and poverty.  Many areas of Detroit appear like some Third World Country.  The GM CEO's compensation for 2022 was $34.1 million dollars.  This past year of 2023 her income was $27.8 million dollars

I fully expect some kind of a major shake up to hit the entire auto industry, much like what happened in 2008, only this time the Government will not be there to bring "Detroit Back From The Brink."
